Recently, Bustle correspondent Emily McClure decided to try the WEN hair by Chaz Dean cleansing conditioner after hearing about it on television. She documented her progress over the course of a week with photos and detailed information on her daily hair care routine for context. Her hope, specifically, was that it could do something about her fine hair.
Wen hair by Chaz Dean is an all-in-one hair care product that has been gaining popularity both in Hollywood and with a growing number of fans around the country. This cleansing conditioner from WEN hair on guthy-renkeraims to revolutionize personal hair care, acting as five products in one: shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner, detangler, and leave-in conditioner. Its blend of natural ingredients on totalbeauty.com is free of the sulfates found in many ordinary shampoos.
Emily’s daily photos show a variety of results across the first seven days. While she notes that her hair actually felt fuller as she was washing with WEN hair for the very first time, she also noted that her hair had begun to feel oilier sooner than she’s used to between showers. However, a switch to morning showers made this a non-issue.
With that worked out, she and her friends all noticed a change in her hair. It was softer, shinier, and overall looked better consistently. And while Emily claims she may not be enough of a morning person to make use of WEN an everyday thing, she notes that she enjoys the extra bit of shine she gets when she uses it.

Business for women in the recent past has been a no-go zone following their dedication to their personal life and other engagements. Organizations have sprung up to fight for women and help them embrace hard work and relentlessness in business despite the seemingly insuperable engagements holding them back like having to raise a family and at the same time take care of house chores. An example of such women who have broken the ceiling in the business despite being a woman is Susan McGalla.
Susan is a self-made goal-oriented American businesswoman and executive consultant with immense knowledge and expertise in business owing to her vast work experience over the years. Susan was born in East Liverpool, Ohio and had her education in Mount Union College graduating summa cum laude in sales and marketing. She currently is an Executive Consultant after a long career line. She embarked on her career journey at Joseph Horne Company as a manager and marketing officer but later departed to join American Eagle Outfitters in 1994. She was tasked with merchandise acquisition majoring in women’s clothing on her entry to the company. Through hard work and commendable skills, she rose through ranks with time to be the first lady president for the Eagle outfitters. The company was then predominantly run by men, but she was able to pull through with notable self-discipline and professionalism. She later left Eagle and joined HFF Inc (2009) where she worked with the board of directors and at the same time as a private executive consultant. She left and Joined Wet Seal that later saw her launch her own consultant company, P3 Executive consulting.
Career as portrayed by Susan, therefore, is not influenced by gender but rather good education, a feeling of self-worth and passion. With these, one can acquire all the experience they need to make wise decisions geared towards personal development. The current research has it that more women are getting oriented to the business world making huge breakthroughs in their companies. Business institutions with women on the board have also been discovered to arrive at tough decisions faster and with great team play. This shows the influence of women in the business world and their potential to overhaul the whole system for the greater good. The speed at which businesswomen are climbing the business ladder is quite encouraging and a challenge to others to step up. Women are therefore advised to stop hiding behind their gender but embrace it wholesomely.
Successful businesswomen are therefore the ones able to wipe off the stereotypical mindsets like business being a field reserved for men since gender is no determinant. The evolving businesswomen who have discovered this are soaring great heights of success and are featured in magazines like Forbes and Fortune.
The finals are starting to wind down and there’s plenty of stories to be heard. One of those stories now includes the return of Stephen Curry, more or less.
Following two underwhelming performances, Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors finally came back together and put up a convincing 104-91 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers. In the process, Curry, who is the NBA’s MVP of the Year, scored 17 points for the Warriors in the fourth quarter while putting up 37 points total, with seven rebounds and four assists also.
The Warriors’ win means they now lead the series with a 3-2 record and bringing the team closer to getting its first NBA championship in 40 years says Brian Torchin. Meanwhile, the Cavs weren’t doing so bad themselves, with LeBron James putting up 40 points on his own with 14 rebounds and 11 assists despite losing in the end. However as the game started to wind down he seemed to be losing steam, as did his other teammates. In fact, Cavs center Timofey Mozgov ended up getting benched for the second half of the game.
What helped the Warriors out a bit this time was home-field advantage, with them playing in Oracle Arena in Oakland, California. James did notch 16 points in the fourth quarter but unfortunately it was not enough to stop the Warriors from coming out on top.
