Rona Borre is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chicago-based staffing firm Instant Alliance. Founded in 2001, Instant Alliance provides staffing solutions to companies across the United States in both the fields of technology and finance. Instant Alliance has been recognized as a leading woman-owned business and Borre has been featured in various forms of media.
Borre graduated from the Unversity of Arizona in 1995 with a degree in Business Administration that was focused on marketing. She started out her career as an Account Executive and Recruiter for Team Alliance before advancing in her career to Senior Account Executive at Sapphire Technologies. When she went into business for herself she was focused on staffing technology corporations and the name of her business was Instant Technology, LLC. When she founded this company she worked out of the second bedroom in her condo. She eventually obtained office space and staff in Chicago. In 2014 Rona Borre decided to start staffing in the finance industry and so founded another company, Instant Finance. At the same time she founded Instant Finance she also founded Instant Alliance which now serves as the parent company of Instant Technology and Instant Finance.
Rona Borre has won a number of rewards during her staffing career including being named Enterprising Woman of they Year by Enterprising Women Magazine. She has also been featured in such media as the Chicago Tribune, Wallstreet Journal, The Sun Times, and the Examiner.
